You may cancel or postpone a booking without difficulty by contacting our Leeds workshop. We ask for fair notice so we can schedule bench time for other pieces.
Cancellation window
Notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours before the agreed time and there is no charge. Cancellations after that window may be charged for timber or oils already purchased for your piece, as stated in the quote.
Rescheduling
You can change your appointment date without a fee. We offer the earliest open workshop slot within one business day.
Refund conditions
A full refund applies if we cancel, if we cannot carry out the agreed restoration, or if the finished joinery fails to match the quote and we cannot correct it within reasonable time.
- If you cancel an on-site visit more than 24 hours prior, no charge applies.
- If you cancel work on a collected item before timber preparation begins, we charge only the return delivery cost.
- Deposits paid for specially sourced vintage timber or specialty veneers are non-refundable once the timber is purchased.
Submitting a refund request
- Call our workshop directly on our main phone line.
- Confirm your cancellation or reschedule in an email quoting your job reference.
- Agree a date for the return delivery of any items already in our workshop.
Timeline
Any balances or unspent funds owed back to you are returned via bank transfer within seven working days.
