We provide transparent, fixed quotes based on photographs or an initial workshop inspection. You will always know the full cost before we begin stripping or repairing your wood.
How prices are set
Quotes cover all necessary labour, traditional glues, stains, abrasives, and protective finishes. Any collection or delivery charge within our Leeds area is stated as a clear, separate line item.
Payment methods
We accept cash on completion and direct bank transfer against our invoice. We do not gather card details on this website.

Invoicing
We issue a clear written invoice when work is completed. Invoices show the item description, the specific repair steps carried out, and our workshop bank details for electronic transfer.
Deposits and materials
For standard residential jobs under five hundred pounds, we do not require a deposit. For jobs requiring rare timber sourcing or commercial runs above that figure, we ask for a twenty percent material deposit.
Late payment
Invoices are due upon return of your furniture or completion of on-site work. Accounts unpaid after fourteen calendar days incur a fixed late administration fee of twenty pounds plus statutory interest.
